Qu’elles sont vos missions ?

Comme nos trains circulent à toute heure du jour (et de la nuit), vous travaillerez selon des horaires variés dont en partie les jours fériés, les nuits et week-end.
Quel est votre profil ?
Diplômé(e) d’une formation de bac (obligatoire) à bac +2 avec idéalement une orientation électrique, mécanique, électrotechnique, vous êtes attiré(e) par le secteur ferroviaire. Une première expérience professionnelle est un plus.
Vous disposez d’une parfaite condition physique en raison des tests médicaux stricts et réglementaires (daltonisme, vue, audition, cœur, substances psycho actives…).
Responsable et autonome, vous avez pleinement conscience des contraintes du métier et acceptez les horaires décalés, le travail la nuit et les week-ends.
Vous êtes obligatoirement mobile géographiquement et êtes prêt à déménager sur d’autres régions de France, ce qui représente un point essentiel dans le processus de sélection.
Vous êtes nécessairement titulaire du permis B
Vous êtes prêt à suivre une formation intensive de 8 mois et disponible pour la débuter en sept/octobre 2025.

The objective of the Customer Care Representative is to interact with customers in order to facilitate them doing business with our company – e.g. by translating contracts into bookings, answering questions, resolving support issues and by nurturing relationships. Customer Care works in the Simply Deliver platform as central internal platform. An Online booking tool will be used to provide (self-) service in an automated, digital way as much as possible. Next to this, Customer Care is responsible to create a lock-in and loyalty effect by providing state-of-the-art service recovery solutions in case of irregularities and by implementing a voice-of-the-customer program incl. feed-back loops into the organization.
The Customer Care Representative will be the face of the company and is an important link in the logistics chain. From the request till the arrival at the customer, s(he) will ensure a good flow and tuning between commercial and operations. The Customer Care Representative will ensure that information flows smoothly and keep track of everything administratively.
Satisfying customers – For our customers, you will actually be our company. Once they have placed their order, you will monitor our internal processes and adapt them to suit the customer.
You will coordinate specific transport services for different customers, which may be based both nationally and internationally. You will be able to manage capacity (filling level) and to adjust or draw up plans in consultation with the customer.
Producing consignment notes – You will take charge of the administrative task of drawing up consignment notes. You will help come up with digitization ideas for every step in the process.

As Locomotive Engineering Manager you fill in the function of Maintenance development ECM2;

As an Application Engineer, you provide end-user application support in a 3rd line on a daily basis covering multiple applications. You’re not only answering questions in a structured and understandable way but you’re also continuously trying to educate 2nd line (“shift left”) and / or end-users. You are aligning on a regular basis with our service desk (first & second line) responsible to ensure the software support team respects the defined SLA’s on the different Lineas services.
Using your functional and technical knowledge and skills you are responsible for solving software related incidents and make sure the service is restored as soon as possible. In order to do so you need to work closely together with our infrastructure team, integration team, software analysts and external suppliers. Interne naam: Terminal Operator
Voor onze terminal in de Antwerpse haven zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven terminal planner om de groei van onze organisatie op te vangen.
Je zorgt voor een juiste organisatorische planning voor alle containers en treinen op de terminal. Hierbij hou je rekening met het gevarengoed (ADR) en de aankomst – en vertrektijden van de vrachttreinen.
Als planner ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de havenarbeiders buiten op het terrein. Je stuurt hen aan om de taken op een efficiënte manier uit te kunnen voeren.
In nauw contact staan met klanten, transporteurs, Infrabel en spoorwegondernemingen
Het controleren van de laad – en loslijsten van de inkomende en uitgaande treinen
Het zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van de shift
Waken over de veiligheid in en rond de terminal
Rapporteren aan de operations manager
Je bent in het bezit van een A2 secundair diploma (of hoger)
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Een woordje Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
Je bent snel weg met verschillende softwaresystemen
Je bent planmatig ingesteld, 3D-denken is een hobby.
Je bent bereid om te werken in een ploegensysteem van vroege shift (06u – 14u), late shift (14u – 22u) en eventueel nacht shift (22u – 06u)

Hiring Manager: Tim Hullebroek
Als ervaren Work Train Driver ben je in het bezit van een vergunning van treinbestuurder en aanvullend bevoegdheidsbewijs (brevet B2). In de uitoefening van deze job bestuur je werktreinen en voertuigen op het spoor die instaan voor het onderhoud van de infrastructuur, zowel van de bovenleidingen als van de sporen. Je staat ook in voor de bediening van de werktuigen, dit op in dienst of buiten dienst gestelde sporen.
