Qu’elles sont vos missions ?

Vous aurez principalement à conduire les trains de fret sur le réseau ferré français avec professionnalisme et à réaliser les opérations de sécurité liées à la fonction de conducteur(trice) dans le respect de la réglementation.

- Assurer la conduite des trains Fret et la manœuvre des wagons dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur tout en garantissant la sécurité des personnes, des biens et de l’environnement,

- Assurer les opérations techniques et logistiques (vérifications et maintenances courantes des engins moteurs, essais de freins, des accouplements / désaccouplements, …),

- Participer de façon active à la sécurité des circulations et à la qualité du service de l’entreprise en remontant les informations opérationnelles,

- Réaliser ponctuellement les opérations au sol dans le cadre de votre polyvalence

Comme nos trains circulent à toute heure du jour (et de la nuit), vous travaillerez selon des horaires variés dont en partie les jours fériés, les nuits et week-end.

Quel est votre profil ?

Diplômé(e) d’une formation de bac (obligatoire) à bac +2 avec idéalement une orientation électrique, mécanique, électrotechnique, vous êtes attiré(e) par le secteur ferroviaire. Une première expérience professionnelle est un plus.

Vous disposez d’une parfaite condition physique en raison des tests médicaux stricts et réglementaires (daltonisme, vue, audition, cœur, substances psycho actives…).

Responsable et autonome, vous avez pleinement conscience des contraintes du métier et acceptez les horaires décalés, le travail la nuit et les week-ends.

Vous êtes obligatoirement mobile géographiquement et êtes prêt à déménager sur d’autres régions de France, ce qui représente un point essentiel dans le processus de sélection.

Vous êtes nécessairement titulaire du permis B

Vous êtes prêt à suivre une formation intensive de 8 mois et disponible pour la débuter en mai 2025.

Support the ESG team in implementing and enhancing sustainability strategies in alignment with regulatory frameworks such as CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and sustainability assessment methodologies like EcoVadis, and Footprint Calculation.

Scheduling: Your work schedule is determined according to planned periods. Changes are made in consultation. For unexpected tasks, you receive a bonus. You also receive compensation for shift work. Your daily rest time is at least 14 hours (at home) or 9 hours (when staying overnight in a hotel). You are entitled to 114 rest days per year, of which 24 are double rest days, and 12 of these double days (one per month) fall on the weekend (between Friday 10 p.m. and Monday 6 a.m.). A rest day lasts a minimum of 38 hours.

Aufgaben:

Steuerung von Zügen im nationalen und internationalen Güterverkehr
Sichere und wirtschaftliche Koordination und Überwachung von Rangierfahrten im Bahnhof
Gewährleistung der operativen Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kooperationspartnern in allen Belangen der Verkehrssteuerung
Nachverfolgung der Zugproduktion und Wagenlieferungen für die jeweiligen Kunden

As a train driver, you will earn at least €3,400 gross per month for an average of 39 hours per week. Additionally, you benefit from above-average allowances for irregular working hours such as nights, Sundays, and public holidays, which further increase your earnings. The starting salary depends on relevant experience.
Along with a permanent employment contract, we offer 28 vacation days per year and the opportunity to earn four additional vacation days through night hours.

La formation rémunérée commence
le 06 octobre 2025 à Gent, après avoir suivi la formation, votre lieu de travail sera Gent.
Contrat à durée indéterminée immédiat, avec un salaire de départ de2.518,12 euros bruts, passant à 3017,84 euros après 6 mois de formation continue. Votre salaire augmente avec vos années de service. Votre mentor et votre formateur vous aideront à vous sentir à l'aise dans votre rôle

Who are we looking for?

As an Application Engineer, you provide end-user application support in a 3rd line on a daily basis covering multiple applications. You’re not only answering questions in a structured and understandable way but you’re also continuously trying to educate 2nd line (“shift left”) and / or end-users. You are aligning on a regular basis with our service desk (first & second line) responsible to ensure the software support team respects the defined SLA’s on the different Lineas services.

Using your functional and technical knowledge and skills you are responsible for solving software related incidents and make sure the service is restored as soon as possible. In order to do so you need to work closely together with our infrastructure team, integration team, software analysts and external suppliers. In case of major incidents you play a leading role (based on your expertise and experience) with a focus on bringing the necessary people together in order to resolve the incident and with focus on communication towards (end-)users.

As a guardian of our application production system you are responsible to not only react on alerts but also extend and improve our current monitoring systems preventing incidents from occurring.

As an operational data expert you’ll need to be able to follow and interpret the data flowing through our applications in an production environment using data models (ERD) created by your colleagues, detect issues and propose solutions.

You assist in, supported by our IT Software Analysts and QA engineers, in the execution of (non) regression testing of our applications delivered by our internal and/or external development teams.

As a functional team lead you are responsible for leading our team of application engineers. You steer them in their day-to-day job and organise knowledge sharing sessions to enable the sharing of experiences and assure the team is trained to deliver quality without being their hierarchical n+1.

What are your duties?

In a 3th line work on resolving complex issues together with your colleagues from the 1st and 2nd line support, our developers and/or our suppliers
Resolve, software related, incidents by providing the final solution or setting up a temporary workaround.
Assist end users in using our applications and answer their questions in a structured and understandable way.
Document (support) procedures in such a way that they can be used by our 1st & 2nd line service desk employees.
Assist and execute (non) regression tests for those applications which are in your area.
Continuously focus on extending the functional monitoring of our application landscape.
Participate in go-live and hypercare phases of projects with a focus on data.
(If applicable) participate in the guard duty for Lineas applications
Maintain detailed records of user issues with software in our Jira systems throughout the lifetime of the issue.
Provide day-to-day functional leadership to the team of (junior) application engineers.
Setup, improve and guard the processes that ensure the support teams respect the defined and aligned SLA’s.

What is your profile?

Experience with Jira & Confluence
Must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach to support
A natural communicator (in Dutch/French + English), able to explain complex topics to end users and service desk colleagues in understandable language

Wat zijn je taken?

Als Workforce & Logistics planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het opstellen van een stabiele en optimale planning van grondpersoneel rekening houdend met de de veiligheidsregels
Het naleven van de planningsregels bij inplanning van prestaties
Het aanpassen van de planning bij bijzondere omstandigheden, lokale werken, feestdagen, etc.
Het zoeken naar de meest kostenbesparende en efficiënte planning
Het deelnemen aan de soft facilities verdeling en stock voor jouw PA (production area/regio)
Het opvolgen van kwaliteit van de planning en in relatie met onze interne en externe klanten
Het bepalen van eigen prioriteiten en actiepunten op basis van de getoonde resultaten
Het samenwerken met verschillende departementen tot een goede dienstverlening die nodig is om efficiënt te kunnen plannen
Het deelnemen aan reeksvergaderingen met reeksverantwoordelijken en tractiemanagement

Wat is jouw profiel?

Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, en hebt een goede kennis van Frans - bijkomende kennis van Engels of Duits is een plus.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en volledig.
Je hebt zin voor initiatief en kan pro-actief werken.
Je hebt ervaring met het MS Office pakket en hebt een zeer goed kennis van Excel.
Je kan oplossingsgericht werken en durft beslissingen nemen.
Je hebt geen probleem om de leiding te nemen en instructies door te geven.
Je bent communicatief en kan een balans zoeken tussen de wensen van het personeel en het bedrijf.
Je kan onderhandelen met verschillende stakeholders waarmee we samenwerken om een trein te doen rijden.

Wat je krijgt – een motiverend loon met extraatjes

Je gaat aan de slag bij Lineas: de grootste private spoorvrachtoperator in Europa, een stabiel bedrijf met ambitieuze plannen en vooruitzichten.

Binnen Lineas kom je terecht in de Freight Force, een sterke ploeg die het goederenvervoer in goede banen (euh ... sporen) leidt. Teamspirit zit in élke vezel van onze organisatie en we omarmen diversiteit. Bovendien hebben we een lage drempel: deuren staan open en jouw ideeën zijn welkom.

Dit krijg je van ons:

Direct een vast contract. Het minimumloon €3.360
Je geniet van voordelen, zoals vakantiegeld en een dertiende maand.
Andere voordelen zijn maaltijdcheques, ecocheques en een verzekeringspakket met hospitalisatieverzekering, persoonlijke ongevallenverzekering, verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij ziekte en groepsverzekering.
Je hebt recht op 23 vakantiedagen. Daarbij komen nog 9 ADV-dagen. Na een jaar werken krijg je ook een extra dag vrij. Daarnaast ontvang je 1 dag dienstjarenverlof per 5 gewerkte jaren in dienst.
We vergoeden je woon-werkverkeer met een volledige terugbetaling van de kosten of openbaar vervoer aan 100%.
