As a Business Development (BD) Advisor at Liedekerke, you play a key role in driving the firm’s growth. You work closely with partners and lawyers on high-profile mandates, strategic client development and market positioning. You are not just supporting; you are advising, challenging and helping to win work.
Working in close collaboration with the other members of the Business Development team, you will play an active role in implementing the firm’s strategic business development initiatives across the Belgian offices (Brussels and Antwerp), as well as the firm’s offices in Africa (Kinshasa and Kigali) and in London.
Your key responsibilities include:
You will join a collaborative Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team of seven, composed of three Marketing colleagues, three Business Development professionals and one team assistant. The team works closely with partners and lawyers across the firm and plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and client development.

Liedekerke’s White Collar Crime practice assists clients in complex (actual or threatened) criminal proceedings as well as in sanction proceedings conducted by other supervisory authorities. The team also advises companies on various criminal law aspects of business activities and supports them in the drafting and implementation of internal policies.
The team combines strong legal expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and works closely with other practice groups within the firm.
We are looking for a lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate criminal law to join our team. You will be involved in a wide range of matters, from start to finish, across various legal areas. You will regularly collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups.
