At LolaLiza, we’re looking for a performance-driven, analytical, and business-minded Marketplace Analyst to coordinate our growing e-commerce activity on key marketplaces.
Your Mission
You’ll be at the heart of LolaLiza’s online fashion performance — making sure our collections, looks, and key pieces perform at their best across platforms like Zalando, La Redoute, and Wehkamp.
Your mission: analyze, optimize, and elevate the commercial & stock performance of our fashion assortment — ensuring our customers find styles they love, where and when they want them
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor commercial & stock performance:
Track daily sales, margins, returns, and product visibility of our collections. Identify bestsellers and slow movers, and recommend actions to maximize overall performance.
- Analyze data with a business & merchandising mindset:
Turn numbers into insights. Understand why products perform differently and translate findings into clear commercial actions.
- Optimize assortment, pricing & style mix:
Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and pricing teams to ensure a balanced, well-stocked and attractive offer — reflecting LolaLiza’s seasonal trends and customer expectations.
- Ensure product content quality:
Check listings for accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with the LolaLiza brand voice.
- Manage marketplace relationships:
Be the key contact for our marketplace partners, understanding their needs and identifying visibility opportunities. You are also ready to launch a new partnership in 2026.
- Coordinate commercial actions:
Support and execute commercial and seasonal fashion campaigns, monitor their impact, and deliver insightful post-campaign analyses.
- Report and communicate results:
Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports to share performance insights and priorities with internal teams.
Your Profile
- Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with numbers and products — analyzing sales, stock coverage, and assortment performance to take action
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills: comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable working with various digital platforms and systems such as CRM tools, marketplaces, and integration software.
- Strong commercial sense: you understand what drives sales and how to translate customer behavior into actionable improvement.
- Curious and proactive: eager to learn, understand, and continuously improve the online fashion experience.
- Languages: fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of English.
