WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INTERIM CHANGE MANAGER
ROTTERDAM REGION
3 REASONS TO JOIN LBC TANK TERMINALS
1| Purpose of the job and added value
2| Working environment and place of work
3| LBC Tank Terminals as a company
PURPOSE OF THE JOB AND ADDED VALUE
At LBC we have recently migrated from Dynamics AX to D365 for our financial processes. For phase 2 we want to implement the following:
1. New OCR technology in D365 (D365 add on) to automate the purchase invoicing process
2. Implement book stock for our financial processes. The products we store are not owned by LBC but do trigger revenue and ultimately lead to a sales invoice. In order to optimize our internal control (aligning quantity “sold” with revenue invoiced), we would like to incorporate book stock in our month end closing process. Aligning actual stock with our sales revenue will further strengthen our intern control process.
3. Sales invoices are currently generated by our TMS (terminal management system). Goal is to transfer this functionality (partially) to D365.
The change Manager is responsible for guiding the implementation process of the above mentioned. A process which should optimize and automate our sales invoice process, purchase to pay process and book stock of LBC Tank Terminals.
These processes are all linked to financial processes and (in)directly affect financial day to day processes. Therefore it is very important that the candidate has a strong financial background.
The Change Manager is therefore part of the steering committee of D365 and reports to the director accounting and controlling. In this capacity, the Change Manager is meant to provide sufficient input on broad topics in relation to the D365 projects and to act as a financial sparring partner for fellow finance team members and our external implementation partner.
The Change manager is also responsible for designing the processes and to make sure these are implemented on site and are embraced by the finance teams locally.
