CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Team :

You will be part of a dynamic team with colleagues who will collaborate with you on a daily basis to help you master our IT tools that are going to be implemented at our Energy Supplier customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner;
Identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features;
Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users);
Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
Gather customer feedback and share with the Product team;
Share knowledge;
Be part of a team where your ideas will be debated.

Required Qualifications:

With a scientific background, you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience ;
You have an analytical mind, you are methodical and rigorous;
You are a team player, you show initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy;
You are able to adapt to various computer tools, in particular Jira, master SQL and Postman queries.
You have a good knowledge of English, both written and oral. You are able to write documents and participate in meetings in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Energy and Digital Transformation Consultant (M/F/X) (Belgium or France)

Responsibilities:

• Define master plans to initiate energy and digital transformation within our clients;

• Define transformation plans: from audit and analysis to their implementation;

• Assist with change management;

• Manage transformation projects;

• Define and draft recurring offers in the context of energy and digital transformation;

• Manage the roadmap of underlying product developments;

• Act as the point of contact for our clients: distribution network managers, renewable energy producers and suppliers, or any other sector actors.

Required Qualifications:

• You possess or are about to obtain a Master's degree in Engineering (electricity, computer science, or equivalent fields) or equivalent through experience;

• You have initial experience in energy sector transformation projects;

• Interest and/or experience in the field of electrical engineering, the energy sector, and digital transformation;

• Ability to become the main advisor to a client's management in terms of energy management and transformation/transition;

• You have project management experience;

• You can adapt to new IT tools;

• You have a very good command of French and/or Dutch, both written and spoken.

Financial Controller

The Financial Controller at Haulogy is part of the Haulogy Finance/Accounting team. The team currently comprises 4 people and the future controller will report to the CFO. The controller will carry out the economic and financial analyses needed to steer Haulogy's operations and strategy.

The aim is to make the figures speak for themselves in order to improve our company's economic results. Management control is an ongoing process that involves assessing performance and drawing up forecasts.

Firstly, the controller draws up plans and forecasts based on the company's results and the economic situation. He/she therefore helps to define the objectives to be achieved: production levels to be achieved, resources to be deployed, etc. He/she then identifies the indicators to be analysed and the monitoring procedures to be put in place. He/she checks the results obtained and compares them with forecasts to identify and quantify variances. Finally, he/she produces reports for management and proposes solutions to reduce these variances.

The Financial Controller makes suggestions to optimise profitability and the use of resources, for example by proposing certain budget savings after studying costs.

Constantly mindful of the company's profitability and performance, he/she reviews its control tools in order to provide the most reliable information possible. He/she advises management on its economic growth strategy.
