Profiel:

Je beschikt over een master Diploma (TEW, Handelswetenschappen)
Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
Je bent communicatief en weet je vlot te behelpen in het Nederlands en in het Engels

Audit ervaring is een plus

Functie:

Klantenrapportering verzorgen

We are looking for an HR Officer to support our HR team, Stéphanie, Vlora, and Koen, based in our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

As HR Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Act as first-line contact for HR employee questions.
Build knowledge and closely monitor changes in employment legislation in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France.
Support payroll processing in close collaboration with the payroll agency and with employee benefits providers.
Timesheet and absence management via our program Protime.
Assist with the purchase of fleet fuel cards and credit cards.
Overseeing our telecom platform.
Support the onboarding process of new hires as well as the off-boarding process, including documentation.
Work together with the HR team on the implementation of HR procedures and HR aspects.
Keeping HR follow-up files up to date.
Managing and triaging the HR inbox together with the team.
Supporting HR management on other HR activities.

The requested qualifications for this HR Officer position include:

Good proficiency in Dutch, English, and French.
Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business/Administration/Legal.
A minimum of three years of working experience in a Human Resources generalist environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Knowledge of employment law regulations in Belgium. Knowledge of the Netherlands and France's labor laws is a great asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Service-oriented and problem-solving ability.
Good analytical skills and accuracy.
Demonstrates discretion and ability to handle confidential and private information appropriately.

Jouw uitdaging

De optimale doorstroom van parts en tooling verzorgen naar de vliegtuigtechniekers toe zodat zij de vliegtuigen binnen de vooropgestelde tijd kunnen herstellen.

Jouw taken

Opvolgen van leveringen en verzendingen
Het in ontvangst nemen van bestellingen, controle uitvoeren op diverse documenten zoals vrachtbrief, douane, enz., alsook de verdeling hiervan binnen het bedrijf
Shelf life van diverse producten en parts opvolgen
Opvolgen van minimum stock levels en bijbestellen wanneer nodig

OCC Flight Dispatcher

FLYINGGROUP, a rapidly growing business jet operator in Europe, is looking to fill in the vacancy of a Flight Dispatcher for the Operational Control Centre at the main office in Antwerp.

Your goal

The main task consists of planning, preparing, and monitoring all FlyingGroup’s worldwide flights, taking into account the Customer’s needs, the chosen destination and route, the most suitable aircraft available, the crew on hand, etc.

Your tasks

The planning and preparation of all FlyingGroup’s flights and performing detailed operational calculations.

Worldwide flight planning by evaluating NOTAMS, weather, route, performance and weight & balance.
Perform feasibility checks and detailed operational calculations.
Arranging ground handling, slots, PPR, and fuel. Obtaining permits, and traffic rights.
Customs formalities.
Crew planning, flight duty and rest limitations.
Coordination with the crew.
Flight Watch. The monitoring of the actual flights and taking appropriate action to tackle any irregularity.
Inhouse training.

Your profile

You are highly customer-minded and pay full attention to the particulars of each Customer.
Good communication skills, meaning a good (spoken and written) knowledge of Dutch and English.
You are well organized, stress-resistant and able to multitask.
You have good geographical knowledge.
Experience in aviation is a must, experience in business aviation is a plus. Previous experience in Flight Dispatching is an advantage.
You have good computer knowledge and are familiar with PPS Airsupport, Jeppesen.
Have knowledge of aviation terminology, IATA and ICAO codes.
You are flexible, and willing to work in shifts and during weekends.
You are a great team player and have a passion for aviation.
