Voor onze hoofdvestiging op de luchthaven van Antwerpen hebben we een vacature voor een Chauffeur - Aircraft Fuel Handler.

Functieomschrijving:

- Met een truck neem je de brandstofbevoorrading van alle vertrekkende vliegtuigen voor jouw rekening, van klein tot groot.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het geleverde product, het uitvoeren van testen behoort tot je dagelijkse activiteit.

- In de luchtvaart staat veiligheid centraal. Correcte administratie en afhandeling van de brandstofleveringen is een must.

- Er wordt in shiften gewerkt en in het weekend. De luchtvaart staat immers nooit stil.

Eigenschappen:

- Flexibiliteit is een belangrijke eigenschap van de succesvolle kandidaat

- Je kan zelfstandig werken en goed de inhoud van jouw shift organiseren.

- Je kan omgaan met klanten in een vreemde taal, basiskennis Engels is hiervoor vereist.

- Je bent doordrongen van het veiligheidsbesef. Je bestuurt namelijk een truck net naast de vliegtuigen.

- Correct kunnen omgaan met tijdsdruk

- Door het gewicht van de slangen en de koppeling is een goede fysieke conditie een must

- Indien je een rijbewijs C hebt, een bewijs van vakbekwaamheid code 95 en een ADR tank kwalificatie heb je reeds een goede startpositie!

Airworthiness Executive

Your goal

The goal of the Airworthiness Executive is to make sure, together with the team, that all aircraft of the FlyingGroup fleet are maintained in an airworthy condition at all times and to act as a communication point between all concerned parties (maintenance suppliers, operations, manufactures, authorities).

Your tasks

You will work in a continuing airworthiness environment on new, high value business jets. As part of the airworthiness department, you will be a member of a team that offers high quality work in accordance with EASA regulations.

You are responsible for:

Follow-up of the maintenance program of a part of the Flying Service aircraft fleet; Preparing the maintenance planning for the scheduled maintenance; Follow-up and coordination of unscheduled maintenance
Communication to and from the manufacturer with regards to modifications
Technical follow-up for defect rectification, line and base maintenance
To ensure that all maintenance is done in accordance with the approved maintenance program
To ensure that any operational directives, airworthiness directives and any other continued airworthiness requirement made mandatory by the national civil aviation authority and/or EASA are accomplished
To ensure accomplishment of modifications in accordance with an approved standard

Your profile

Education: Minimum Bachelor aviation/electronics/electro-mechanics or equal by experience
You are motivated to work in an aviation environment
You are a strong team player
You are well organized and stress resistant
You are flexible regarding working hours
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of French is a plus
You have an excellent computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Access
You are willing to spend short periods abroad
Experience in a continuing airworthiness environment is a plus

Your goal

Your duties and responsibilities

The planning and preparation of all FLYINGGROUP’s flights, including VIP catering arrangements, Customer transportation, keeping PAX details and formalities up to date and performing detailed feasibility checks, taking appropriate action to tackle any irregularity. You provide good support to the Senior Flight Care Agent in completing other tasks as assigned.

Your profile

The Flight Care Agent is highly Customer minded and pays full attention to the particulars of each Customer.
Good communication skills, meaning a good (spoken and written) knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
You are well organized, stress-resistant, and able to multitask while maintaining a calm composure and working with continuously changing flight schedules.
You are highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and like to work in a team.
You have good geographical knowledge.
You have good computer knowledge: Word, Excel.
Experience in aviation is a must, experience in business aviation is a plus
Have a good base of aviation terminology and IATA and ICAO codes.
You are flexible, willing to work in shifts and during weekends.
Local resident is preferable.

Junior Sales Executive – Charter B2B

A Junior Sales Executive is a member of FLYINGGROUP’s commercial team, in particular the B2B Charter Sales team. She/He will work under the supervision of the Sales Director.

The B2B Charter Sales team has the joint objective of organizing and selling charter missions on the designated charter fleet to professional clients, brokers and other operators).

Tasks:

Handle all incoming charter requests whether by phone, email, Avinode or any other channel.
Asses if the request may result in a commercial opportunity in respect of the availability of the fleet, expectations of FLYINGGROUP and the aircraft owners and provide quotes.
Follow-up interesting opportunities that were quoted.
Coordinate with other departments to assess the feasibility of confirmed quotes in detail. Mitigate issues where required.
Issue the charter agreement (contract) and look after the correct execution by all involved parties.
Follow-up on the invoicing and payment terms.
Monitor the preparation and execution of the charter missions.
Handle changes and rescheduling if this impacts the price, revenue or owner’s approval conditions.
Manage the administration and profitability of each sold mission.
Represent FLYINGGROUP with the highest standards - Participate in network events and be a proud ambassador of the FLYINGGROUP brands and products.
Protect the interests of FLYINGGROUP, its partners and its aircraft owners.

Your goal

Your tasks

The planning and preparation of all FlyingGroup’s flights and performing detailed operational calculations.

Worldwide flight planning by evaluating NOTAMS, weather, route, performance and weight & balance.
Perform feasibility checks and detailed operational calculations.
Arranging ground handling, slots, PPR, and fuel. Obtaining permits, and traffic rights.
Customs formalities.
Crew planning, flight duty and rest limitations.
Coordination with the crew.
Flight Watch. The monitoring of the actual flights and taking appropriate action to tackle any irregularity.
Inhouse training.
