Web and Infrastructure Engineer

As part of our close-knit team, you’ll bring our strategy and purpose to life. The IT department is organised around 6 focus domains, of which the web domain is 1 of them. To manage this domain on the strategic, financial and operational level, we’re looking for a WEB engineer with knowledge of infrastructure.

Your mission
- Develop and manage a digital architecture vision and roadmap (MACH architecture).
- Collaborate with our stakeholders (Marketing and content teams) to ensure technology solutions (tools and platforms) meet business requirements.
- Ensure consistency, scalability and security in digital solutions.
- Coordinate integration projects with our external partners, advise project teams on technical choices.
- Manage our partners on the financial, architectural and operational level.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, taking care of the end-to-end processing, uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with our security partners, taking care of vulnerability reports.
You
- Have knowledge of modern Content Management Systems, frontend frameworks, APIs, and headless systems.
- Are skilled in designing, monitoring, and testing API connections with the backend
- Understand deployment pipelines, version control, and testing (CI/CD & DevOps).
- Are familiar with content orchestration: how different SaaS services such as Kontent.ai, Algolia, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) work together cohesively.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, security policies).
- Possess knowledge of cybersecurity: ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, SSO/IAM.
- Have infrastructure and internet knowledge, including: LAN, WAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, WiFi, Firewall, Servers (On-Prem & Cloud), Entra & M365, SSL certificates & domains.
- Have a strong customer- and results-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and, preferably, Dutch.
- Are a team player who can also work autonomously.
