In the context of the energy transition and the liberalization of the energy market, Haulogy has created software to successfully contribute to the achievement of the business transformation objectives of its customers in the energy and public services sector. by offering modular and scalable management software as well as consultancy.

In this context, Haulogy is extending its portfolio of software solutions for the Energy market and need to coordinate implementation projects and manage operations for its customers, therefore we are looking for a:

Functional Consultant in IT/Energy (M/F/X)

Responsibilities:

The consultant will be required to:

- Learn and master the business processes relating to the liberalized French energy market.
- Learn and master the functionalities of haulogy products in order to become the functional expert of the product(s) installed at the customers you manage.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, i.e.:
*Ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
*Translate your customers' needs into functional specifications.
*Interact with internal haulogy product & development teams.
*Inform and train your customers on new applications.
- Analyze customer needs;
- Provide the necessary IT support that you master;
- Participate in project committees where your ideas will be welcomed and discussed with your colleagues.

Qualifications required:

- You have a technical computer diploma or master's degree in management or civil engineering or equivalent diploma or equivalent by experience;
- You have at least 2 years of experience;
- You have an interest in energy transition;
- You have an analytical mind, you are methodical and rigorous;
- You are a good communicator and have a customer orientation;
- You have experience in project management;
- You have team spirit, you show initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy;
- You are able to adapt to new IT tools;
- You have a very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

In this context and for its "Intelligent System Solutions" department, haulogy is looking for a :

Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the ISS "Intelligent System Solutions" project and development team;
With your knowledge as an application project manager, you analyze the client's needs in the energy sector and understand the duties and constraints of IT developers, IT analysts and testers;
You analyze the environment of the business sector, identify the needs and constraints of users;
You write functional specifications and a roadmap including a retroplanning, the distribution of budgets, and the functional organization;
As a true conductor, you actively lead the technical vision to success by gathering and federating the necessary resources;
You are in charge of the smooth running of the production and deployment;
You evolve in AGILE mode, while respecting the deadlines;
You set up monitoring routines with the technical and project teams;
You adjust the business investment according to the progress of the project;
Throughout your work, you monitor all technological risks and ensure that the solution described will consistently meet the required conditions;
You coordinate the day-to-day activities of the collaborators who will be included in your project;
You will benefit from quality coaching and, depending on your skills and results, you will quickly be led to increase your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

You have a Master's degree in management, computer engineering or an equivalent degree or equivalent by experience;
You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analyst in the energy Sector or Project Manager in the IT sector - preferably in an application environment - or equivalent by experience;
You are attracted by complex IT environments and are eager for challenges;
You are able to have a global view of a project as well as to provide a detailed vision;
You have a sharp analytical mind and the interaction with different departments inspires you;
You have a strong interest in the energy transition sector and/or have worked in this field before;
You are passionate about long term learning and you strive to maintain a certain level of technological intelligence;
You enjoy working as part of a team, while demonstrating autonomy and a strong sense of initiative;
You are curious by nature and you dare to ask questions in order to make the connection with the products and services offered.
You have very good communication skills, both written and oral. You are fluent in French and English is an asset.
