Over the past few years, Eumedica has established a solid ESG and sustainability framework. As sustainability expectations continue to increase among pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare stakeholders and regulators, Eumedica is entering a new phase of maturity.

To support this evolution, we are looking for an ESG & Sustainability Coordinator (Group Function) who will build upon existing initiatives, reinforce governance, coordinate projects across the Group and help transform sustainability into a long-term business capability.

The successful candidate will take ownership of an existing sustainability programme and help elevate it to the next level by increasing robustness, coordination, consistency and operational impact across the Group.

ESG & Sustainability Coordinator

Description of the function :

The ESG & Sustainability Coordinator will serve as the central coordination point for sustainability initiatives across Eumedica Group entities.

The role will ensure continuity of existing programmes while strengthening governance, accelerating implementation of sustainability initiatives and supporting the growing expectations of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The position will support all Group entities while acting as the main point of coordination for ESG-related projects, reporting activities and environmental performance improvement initiatives.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

ESG Strategy & Governance

Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of the ESG roadmap.
Support the continuous development of Eumedica's sustainability strategy.
Monitor ESG objectives, action plans, KPIs and progress against established targets.
Prepare sustainability updates and reports for management review.
Maintain sustainability governance processes and periodic sustainability reviews.
Establish and maintain a structured ESG regulatory watch covering emerging European and national sustainability regulations affecting Eumedica's activities.
Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements on business operations and coordinate the implementation of compliance action plans.
Act as the internal focal point for sustainability-related regulatory topics, ensuring timely communication to management and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of sustainability-related reporting and disclosure requirements, including packaging and waste regulations (PPWR), customer-specific reporting requests and other applicable ESG frameworks.
Maintain reporting calendars and ensure the availability, quality and traceability of ESG data required for regulatory, customer and sustainability assessments.

Climate & Carbon Management

Coordinate annual greenhouse gas (GHG) assessments covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions.
Act as the primary interface with external sustainability partners and consultants.
Support the implementation of Eumedica's carbon reduction initiatives.
Coordinate sustainability projects related to emissions reduction and operational improvement.
Support the preparation of future Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments and climate-related objectives.

Environmental Performance

Monitor environmental KPIs related to energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, waste management and water consumption.
Identify opportunities for environmental improvement across facilities and operations.
Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability-related infrastructure projects.
Contribute to the management and optimization of energy-related contracts and sustainability initiatives.
Support the development of environmental action plans and follow-up activities.

Customer Sustainability Requirements

Coordinate customer ESG questionnaires and sustainability information requests.
Support commercial teams during tenders, customer audits and business reviews.
Ensure the consistency and quality of sustainability information communicated externally.
Act as a central point of contact for sustainability-related discussions with key customers.
Monitor sustainability expectations from pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare stakeholders and strategic partners.
Coordinate responses to ESG-related reporting requirements from customers, authorities and rating agencies.
Support the preparation and validation of sustainability disclosures required for EcoVadis, CDP and other external assessments.

Sustainable Procurement & Supplier Engagement

Support the implementation of sustainable procurement initiatives.
Contribute to supplier sustainability assessments and ESG maturity evaluations.
Coordinate the collection of sustainability data from suppliers, transport partners and CDMOs.
Support the integration of ESG criteria into supplier management processes.
Facilitate engagement with suppliers and business partners on sustainability topics.

Group Coordination & Project Management

Act as a sustainability coordinator across Eumedica entities.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices and sustainability initiatives across the Group.
Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting sustainability objectives.
Ensure alignment between local initiatives and Group priorities.
Support the development of a shared sustainability expertise available to all Group entities.

Your profile :

Education

Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.

Experience

3 to 7 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Management, Project Management, Procurement or a related function.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing or other regulated industries is considered an asset.
Experience with carbon footprint assessments, sustainability reporting, EcoVadis, CDP or similar sustainability frameworks is desirable.

Technical skills

Strong understanding of ESG and corporate sustainability principles.
Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and the GHG Protocol.
Familiarity with frameworks and platforms such as:

EcoVadis
SBTi
CDP
GRI

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to structure, analyze and communicate sustainability-related data.
Knowledge of European sustainability regulations and reporting requirements (CSRD, ESRS, PPWR, EU Green Deal and related frameworks).
Experience managing regulatory monitoring activities and translating regulatory requirements into operational action plans.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Export & Supply Chain Operations Senior Coordinator

Your mission

As an Export & Supply Chain Operations Senior Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of our international supply chain operations.

You will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Export & Supply team while remaining actively involved in operational execution. Your mission is to ensure product availability, deliver outstanding service to our international partners and distributors, and drive operational excellence across the entire order-to-delivery process.

As the operational lead for the team, you will organize priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment focused on performance and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Your responsibilities

Operations Coordination

Coordinate the daily activities of the Export & Supply department.
Organize team priorities and ensure operational continuity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to continuously improve operational performance.
Lead and participate in cross-functional operational meetings and ensure effective follow-up of action plans.
Support the development of the team’s skills and capabilities while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Supply & Inventory Management

Ensure product availability in line with market requirements.
Monitor inventory levels both at our distribution centre and with our international partners.
Coordinate supply requirements with Production, Planning and Procurement teams.
Anticipate supply risks while optimizing inventory coverage, stock rotation and expiry management.
Coordinate packaging and repackaging activities whenever required.

International Order Management

Coordinate international outbound shipments from our distribution centre.
Ensure end-to-end order management through to final delivery.
Define operational priorities together with Warehouse, Quality Assurance and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure delivery deadlines are met and proactively communicate any risks or unforeseen events.

Export Administration

Manage all documentation related to export activities.
Ensure full compliance with customs, regulatory and commercial requirements.
Apply a strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures in daily operations.

Customer & Distributor Relations

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our international distributors.
Provide timely, professional support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collect, analyse and follow up on sales, inventory and forecast data.
Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints with the relevant internal departments.
Ensure contractual commitments and operational deliverables are fulfilled by all parties.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with our international partners.

Your profile

You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Applied Economics or an equivalent discipline.
You have a minimum of five years’ experience in Export, Customer Service or Supply Chain operations within an international environment.
You have demonstrated experience coordinating a team and/or operational projects.
You have demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
You have a strong customer service mindset and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
You are well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
You communicate effectively and build alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
You are willing to travel internationally on an occasional basis.

Uses detailed knowledge of anti-infective brands and competitor products features and benefits during calls
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Participate in the launch of new products
Travel to and actively participate at National and International conferences
Maintain the database and complete your reports on a regular basis
Travelling might be required to cover a large area

Your Profile:

This is a perfect position for you if you have a proven track record of selling to secondary care customers on this territory.

Votre fonction:

En tant que Warehouse Operator, vous occupez une fonction variée dans l’un de nos départements avec pour mission la satisfaction de nos clients dans le respect des procédures spécifiques et des Good Distribution Practices.

Dans notre entrepôt, vous êtes un véritable acteur de nos diverses activités de distribution de produits pharmaceutiques, notamment :

Réception des produits ;
Préparation et envois de commandes ;
Conditionnement et préparation des boîtes de transport ;
Suivi des retours et des destructions ;
Gestion du stock (inventaire, réapprovisionnement, rangement) ;

Toutes ces opérations doivent être réalisées dans le respect strict des règles de sécurité et des règles GDP et GMP et se déroulent partiellement en environnement froid.

Votre profil :
