Graduate Programme
When you join us, you will work with experienced engineers who will guide and mentor you. You will receive on-the-job training.
We also invest in your personal development. In the first 3 years, we offer numerous soft skill trainings and you will be assigned a mentor from senior management.
In years 1 and 3 of the graduate programs, you will participate in a 3-day event with other INEOS graduates from around the world. Here you will get to meet senior INEOS executives who’ll discuss with you our strategy, growth projects and global efforts towards sustainability. You will spend a day covering corporate wellness, including having your own individual health MOT. With interactive sessions and hands-on learning, you’ll also develop your knowledge of financial management, leadership and business strategy. This is a great opportunity to get to know other graduates and build your network.
In year 4 you will have the opportunity to test your mental and physical boundaries. You will be invited to take part in a truly unique nine-month programme, culminating in a six day challenge in the remote Namibian desert. You can read more here.

Engineering Graduate Programme (Belgium)
You will start in an engineering position in one of our Belgian sites.
We recruit in all major disciplines, including chemistry, mechanics, electrical engineering, instrumentation and process control, as well as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.
You enter the graduate programme by applying for a vacancy. If there is no suitable vacancy for you at the moment, you can apply spontaneously.
Commercial Graduate Programme (Europe)
This is our international programme for Masters/Engineers who want to start immediately in a business position.
It is a 5-year programme, where you will do a different job every 2 years, in a different INEOS Business in a different country.
Each position offers a new challenge and allows you to gain a wide range of experience. Functions you can work in are: Supply Chain Logistics, Trading & Shipping, Procurement, Operations, Business Support.
