Asset Management Associate
Main tasks and responsibilities
Provide a cross-project commercial support with the following objectives:
- Defining and controlling projects, activities, and reporting progress and results on completion;
- Assisting in the preparation of pitches with stakeholders;
- Scheduling commercialization process & business/commercial procedures;
- Collecting and analysing all relevant data / documentation at asset level;
- Analysing and supporting the preparation of the contract drafts (CPCV, IMC, CA...);
- Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the asset budgets, refurbishment, or development programs;
- Contributing to the implementation of the Marketing & Communication strategy;
- Providing analytical on managerial topics | Market research analysis;
- Coordinating with third party consultants and make focal points with brokers;
- Preparing the commercial report;
- Defining the product and the target market;
- Supporting the KYC coordination.
Role Requirements
- Educated degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics or Architecture;
- 3 years’ experience in the real estate sector or strategic business consulting;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel);
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
- Written and oral skills in English.
