The position
As a Test Engineer at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare are. Key Responsibilities
You will support the testing of Solar Array subsystems and components used in satellite missions. You will prepare, execute and document tests to verify that products meet the required quality and performance standards before delivery.
Working closely with AIT Managers, Team Leaders and fellow Engineers, you will analyze test results, support technical problem-solving and contribute to the successful execution of large international space programmes.
- Prepare and execute functional and qualification tests on Solar Array components and subsystems
- Support the verification and validation of products throughout the development process
- Analyze test results and report findings
- Prepare test documentation and technical reports
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the testing process
- Support multiple space projects simultaneously
What you bring to the position
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or similar
- Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a technical or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Experience with CAD software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical, proactive and quality-driven mindset
- Aerospace/space experience is a plus, not a requirement
