The position
As a Team Manager at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects along the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports and Healthcare.

What you bring to the position
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in managing a team responsible for the software development, preferably in high-tech environments for complex projects.
- Technical background and knowledge of software development.
- Demonstrable experience to build an effective team and to develop people, with the capability of convince people towards a common goal.
- Experience in maintaining close contact with various stakeholders and ensuring clear communication between the technical teams and the business departments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a fluent command of English.
