Wat vinden onze collega's zelf?
In september 2020 startte ik op de afdeling Supply Chain en Operations. Driemaal spannend wat mij betreft. Ik ging na 9 jaar een nieuw bedrijf en sector verkennen, de functie was nieuw en dus volledig zelf in te vullen en niet te vergeten: in tijden van Corona. Geen spontane babbeltjes aan de koffiemachine om de nieuwe collega’s wat beter te leren kennen. Voor mij was het de optelsom van al die zaken, die 14 september tot één van de spannendste dagen uit mijn professionele carrière maakte…

Vanaf de eerste dag ging er toch wel nieuwe wereld voor Marcella open, ze kende al wel wat van fruit telen en redelijk wat verschillende soorten. Maar dat was allemaal op kleine schaal...
Mijn oogst uit eigen tuin van bessen en groente is voldoende om iedere dag mee te koken maar dat is niets tegenover de fruitsoorten, variëteiten en aantallen die hier passeren!
