MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager who is eager to make an impact on our brand visibility and customer engagement across all markets and channels.
On top of this, you will lead and inspire a talented marketing team, develop strategic marketing plans, and implement innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty and new customers acquisition/recruitment. You report to the Chier Product & Marketing Officer.

You will be responsible for:
DEFINITION OF THE YEARLY MARKETING COMMUNICATION PLAN.
- You are responsible for the coordination and setting of the yearly marketing plan through all our channels (on and off line) and for that work in close collaboration and alignment with your peers of CRM, Ecom, Buying, Design and Commercial
- Define a yearly plan made to grow the business / achieve financial objectives, in collaboration with the input of the Collection and Commercial department and in partnership with the CRM department.
- You are responsible to plan, design, produce and execute campaigns, actions and promotions (including media usage) in collaboration with the CRM department and this for all channels. You develop organization, process (workflow) and planning of campaigns and related material and content.
- You oversee campaign production and delivery of materials, including coordination of sourcing and logistics.
- You initiate and execute events A-Z.
GLOBAL COORDINATION OF COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION AND CAMPAIGN CALENDAR
- You coordinate this through all our channels, supporting the collection and the commercial department (on and offline).
- You manage the on- and off-line content and animate the team accordingly.
- You manage and plan resources (internal and external).
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
- You will be responsible for all marketing communications and campaigns in order to increase brand awareness, to drive traffic to the stores and to recruit new customers.
BRAND IMAGE
- You ensure the respect of the brand DNA and brand chart on all marketing creations dedicated to all channels.
- You maintain branding guidelines (image, tone of voice..).
- You are responsible for the supervision of the marketing photoshoots of our different collections.
MEDIA
- You are in charge of the day to day managing agency (creative, media, PR) and lead agency evaluation and selection.
- You negotiate seasonal media campaigns with them in respect with your budget (press, tv, radio,..).
SOCIAL MEDIA
- You are responsible for the creation of content and animation of our social medias, planning, in respect with our brand image and objectives of recruitment ... and in collaboration with digital owners.
- You analyse the impact of our actions on SoMe to optimize next developments and actions.
ANALYTICS
- You are responsible for the respect of the marketing budget and initiate reporting and alert on a monthly basis.
- You analyse the ROI of the marketing campaigns and actions and you initiate relevant analysis to optimize the future investment.
Who are you?
- You have at least 5 years experience in a similar role experience, within a retail environment is a huge plus.
- You have experience in managing and evaluating a team of multiple employees. 'Leading by example' is your way to go and you show a great sense of ownership.
- You are Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
- You are someone very innovative and creative.
- You have affinity with a fashion environment and strong sensibility for fashion, beauty or femininity.
- You are able to think on a strategic level to understand the branding strategy and support its implementation
- You have experience and strong expertise in classical, offline marketing: in-store/POS, ATL (including RTV, prints & OOH), direct marketing campaigns, sales promotion, PR, street marketing & events.
- You have a good knowledge of digital marketing & social media (web, email, mobile, SAM, SEA, SEO).
- You have expertise in supplier/agency management.
- You are a good communicator on all levels, on top of that you have a commercial instinct and good negotiation skills.
- You can handle working under pressure and also in complex situations you are a problem solver.
- You understand the challenge of the business and have a very reactive, flexible and agile mindset that you animate as well in your team.
- You have very strong organizational skills and can handle multiple projects at the same time.
