We are currently looking for a driven Local Brand Marketeer to consolidate our growth in the Netherlands. You will set up loyalty campaigns and ensure a good follow-up of this. GIMBER Wer?

Zur Verstärkung unseres deutschen Teams suchen wir einen Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Der Standort für diese Position ist Deutschland. Berichtet wird direkt an den deutschen Landesvertrieb. Du wirst der führende Marketer vor Ort sein und bist für die lokale Entwicklung und Aktivierung der Marke in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem zentralen Marketing-Team in Belgien verantwortlich. Du wirst Teil eines fantastischen lokalen Teams sein und aus der Ferne mit den anderen ebenso fantastischen Teams im Ausland verbunden sein. STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

Du unterstützt den Vertrieb von GIMBER in Deutschland mit regionalen Marketingaktivitäten im Einklang mit der globalen Marketingstrategie.
Du entwickelst und realisierst gemeinsam PR-Aktivitäten und erweiterst dein Netzwerk in relevanten Communities.
Du identifizierst Influencer bzw. Markenbotschafter und ergreifst geeignete Maßnahmen.
Du adaptierst und pflegst die Social-Media-Auftritte für den deutschen Markt.
Du organisierst Verkostungen, Veranstaltungen und nimmst aktiv daran teil.
Du entwickelst Handelsmarketing-Aktivitäten und -Tools, um den Absatz und die Markenbekanntheit bei den Kunden zu fördern.
Du berichtest an die Landesvertriebsleitung Deutschland und arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team am Hauptsitz (Belgien) zusammen.

PROFIL

Du hast mindestens vier Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Marketing
Umfangreiche Kenntnisse des Premium-Bio- und achtsamen F&B-Marktes in Deutschland (auf Marketing-Ebene)
Kenntnisse über Einzelhandelsketten
Kenntnisse über Verbraucherverhalten und wie man es positiv beeinflussen kann
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
Social-Media- und digitale Kompetenzen
Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache, aber die Verständigung auf Englisch ist überhaupt kein Problem für dich

THE POSITION

One of the next people to join the marketing-division, is the Product & Innovation Manager (HQ). As you can see in the title, this position is divided into a 50% Product Manager-role, as well as a 50% Innovation Manager job. You’ll be a very important part of the chain between R&D & Marketing and will report directly to the Head of Brand.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Your pitbull-mentality (aka “you don’t let loose until you get the information you need”) and experience within the consumables-world, your skills as a structured and stress resilient GIMBER-woman/men/X will make you the best candidate for this role.

In (very) short, your daily tasks will include:

Owning the product portfolio and being the go-to-person for all matters involving the product
Teaming up with the R&D, Marketing, Factory & Management team
Taking the lead in product innovation and analysing the market until you know every m² of the GIMBER potential
Following up those innovation processes from A to Z
You cannot imagine what has been cooking and still to come

YOU IN A NUTSHELL

You’re in for a high rewarding job as both Product & Innovation Manager
You have experience within consumables
Your academic background lays in communication, marketing, innovation
Stress resilient, highly structured and not afraid to speak up
Interest (or experience) in regulatory concerning product launches in new countries
You’re very fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch or French is a big plus)
You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role (or with the same responsibilities)
You live the GIMBER-lifestyle
