At Clayton de France, we support manufacturers with high-performance and reliable steam production solutions. Our equipment is used in demanding sectors: agri-food, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, industrial laundry, etc.
To support our development, we are looking for a Service Assistant / Coordinator to strengthen our after-sales team.
Your role: the real conductor of the after-sales service
Here, you're not just behind a desk.
You are at the heart of the activity, in permanent contact with:
- customers,
- technicians,
- internal teams,
- our Belgian headquarters.
Your mission? Ensuring that each customer is informed at the right time and benefits from a perfectly coordinated intervention, while accompanying the technicians with the right information.
Each day brings its share of coordination, priorities to manage, exchanges and solutions to find. You play a key role in customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the entire team.
In concrete terms, your missions
Organization & Planning
- Plan and coordinate technician interventions
- Optimize routes and manage priorities
- Adapt the schedule in real time according to emergencies and unforeseen events
Customer relations & after-sales service
- Responding to customer requests
- Follow up on interventions and ongoing files
- Ensure smooth communication with customers and teams
Administrative & Logistics Management
- Prepare labor quotes
- Track maintenance contracts
- Organize the logistics of interventions
- Ensure technicians have all the necessary elements
Internal coordination
- Collaborate with technical and administrative teams
- Be the interface with our headquarters in Belgium
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the service
The profile we are looking for
Do you like it when the days go by quickly and the missions are varied?
You may be the right person if:
- you are organized, rigorous and responsive,
- you like to coordinate several subjects in parallel,
- you have a sense of service and good interpersonal skills,
- you are comfortable with computer tools and administrative follow-up,
- You appreciate technical and dynamic environments.
Experience in service, planning or the industrial sector will be a real asset.
